Lusobati carried out the finishing work, as well as all the acoustic and decorative wood paneling, as part of the project to convert Pachéco 32 into a mixed-use building housing offices, co-living spaces, and retail, located at Boulevard Pachéco 32, 1000 Brussels.
The lobby and other spaces were clad with acoustic wood panels (Akupanel by WoodUpp and sustainable PETAC acoustic panels). The project also included the installation of artistic metalwork, specifically railings.
PACHÉCO 32 is a sustainable, mixed-use, multifunctional building located near Brussels Central Station. With approximately 11,600 m² of versatile space, it includes 9,400 m² of office space, 1,100 m² dedicated to coliving, 1,100 m² for restaurants, cafes, or retail, and a 250 m² rooftop.
